Tejinder Singh is an Indian origin business executive & entrepreneur. He is the founder of many start-up projects & has worked with numerous companies.As aFounder& CEO of Qatar-based BPO+& Q-Tickets,he has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career and was also twice named as one of the 100 Most Powerful Indians in the Gulf by Arabian Business (FY 2010 & 2012)&Twice by Forbes ME (FY 2014 & 2015) in 100 top Indian Leaders in the Arab World.


Born into a Punjabi middle class family, to Col Hardev Singh and Mrs. Jatinder pal kaur. His father Col Hardev Singh had been a decorated Indian Army officer from Punjab Regiment. He first joined the Army Public School in Delhi, but later attended Kendriya Vidyalaya at New Delhi and graduated in 1991 from Delhi University, with a Bachelor of Commerce. He later completed his masters in Commerce, PGDCA, MCP, MCP+I, MCSE, MCSE+I, & MBA. He is also qualified as a six sigma professional by ISL, later he also attained PhD in business management and finance. 


Tejinder began his career as an educator but moved to the field of BPO, becoming a project head for an offsite BPO provider for healthcare companies based in the United States. He moved on to work on projects in North India and also for Trident Group. He is attributed with helping the Godrej Group transition its BPO services for Pizza Hut, TTML and Go-Airlines. 

Prior to moving his career to Qatar, He also marshaled the first ever-domestic BPO for India, named “Sparsh”, the first ever to get listed and the first ever to get hived off in domestic BPO space. He took the growth of Sparsh from ZERO to 8500 team size in less than 3 years across 5 cities of India, serving telecom, retail, Airlines, BFSI and many more verticals, it was later acquired by Intelenet backed by Blackstone.

Tejinderfounded Qatar-based BPO+ in 2006 when he first came to Qatar. Tejinder began in 2006, with 45 people and had revenue of ONLY USD 0.5M. Today by 2015, the company has been recognized as one of the largest and fastest growth stories as BPO providers in the Middle East with more than 1100 employees and revenues that exceeded USD 40 Million. He grew the company into what was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies by 2012, winning multiple awards and recognition. Tejinder is accredited with helping to move more than 200 Qatar and Oman based companies from using in-house services to outsourcing the work to BPO+. He has grown the outsourcing market in Qatar/Oman from nearly nothing into 70-80% of companies choosing to outsource their customer service.

Tejinder’s is passionate behind his work with BPO+. He is also the Founder of, an online ticket platform in Qatar used by consumers to purchase tickets for movies, cultural events, sporting events, concerts and Qatar tourism. He partnered with Doha Bank to use its e-commerce capabilities for online purchasing of tickets direct from the site. The site is the only online ticket platform in use in Qatar and as of 2015 had reached sales mark of more than1.5 Million tickets aggregating value of more than QAR 60 Million. Besides Q-Tickets, he also founded, Qatar 2nd social media platform, which today not only is a market leader but also attracts more than 85000 unique visits a day generating more than 30 Million page views a month.


Tejinder Singh has won many awards in his multidimensional career. His distinguished entrepreneurial ventures have put him in the list of Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World in Forbes in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He was included in the 100 Most Powerful Indians list adjudged by Arabian Business (FY 2010 & 2012). Being named as the CEO of year has been a continuous hallmark of his career, he was named as the Outsourcing CEO of the Year in 2014 and CEO of the Year by Global knowledge management Congress in 2015.

In 2016, Arabian Business Qatar added one more feather to his cap and named him as Entrepreneur of the Year for his successful Qatari venture BPO+.  Q-ticket , his budding venture also picked up the Fastest Growing Company of the Year award in 2016.
